How long does it take to build a house?
Approximately six months or more depending on weather conditions and the complexity of your home. Delays caused by weather and material shortages, etc. can and do occasionally occur.

How much do you charge per square foot?
Price is affected by a number of variables, including the type of house, style, exterior finishes, interior finishes, fixtures, energy choices, geographical location, etc.

Does Hann Construction Ltd. have plans that I can choose from?
We have various plans to choose from at the subdivision sales offices and we can also arrange for our clients to meet with a draftsman if necessary.

Can I make alternations or revisions to the plans?
Absolutely, it is quite common for the home owners to make changes once construction has started. We do our best to accommodate the requests and some additional charges may apply.

Does Hann Construction Ltd. provide assistance with selection of finishing products?
We have a preferred list of sub trades and suppliers that we recommend.

Does Hann Construction have a policy on site visits?
Yes, we encourage the home owners to visit the building site to get their feedback once the house has been safely secured. i.e. Stairs, etc.

How frequently will Hann Construction Ltd. communicate with you during construction?
We are committed to our clients satisfaction therefore we are always available to address and discuss any concerns or issues that you may have.

Does Hann Construction Ltd. conduct a walk-through of the home with the clients prior to closing?
Yes, at the home owners convenience we do a walk- through before the house closes.
