Hann Construction Ltd. is a locally owned & operated business by brothers Harvey & Raymond Hann. The company was incorporated in 1975, and have been building homes in the St. John’s and surrounding areas for over 35 years. We build a wide range of homes from small to large executive style homes – suited to fit your needs.

We have a dedicated and confident staff that help us provide value to our customers with a professional quality home. We like to think it is our attention to detail that sets us apart from other home contractors.

We develop a relationship with our clients to make sure that it is a positive building experience. Hann Construction Ltd. built homes are registered with Atlantic Home Warranty.

Hann Construction Ltd. has a continuing membership with the Canadian Home Builders Association. In addition, Hann Construction Ltd is a registered R-2000 builder for over 30 years. And has achieved COR certification with the NLCSA.
