I have been so satisfied with my new home built by Hann Construction for a variety of reasons.

I like the fact that Mr.Hann uses lumber to build his homes as opposed to press board.

I had been looking at homes for about a year to buy, when I had viewed this house I was so impressed by the quality of construction , the attention to the details of the house and the practical layout, it was so obvious that he takes alot of pride in his houses and how they are built.

I had decided to buy the house and then I really found out the committment he has in ensuring I was satisfied and involved in the final selection of door hardware, type of shower door etc for the house, it would have been much easier for him just to go ahead and install various things without contacting me but he did take the time. Another example of his really caring and his committment to a beautiful end product, I had chosen one color tile and hardwood for the floors, Mr Hann called and said to come to the house, he suggested a different color of wood and tile as he had just laid it in another house of his and thought it was lovely, sure enough his suggestions did improve the overall look of my home.
He always takes my phone calls and answers my questions and requests in a timely manner.

He has always been very easy to get along with and as a first time homeowner he has made the experience nothing but positive.

We recently moved into our new home, a bungalow built by Hann Construction at 123 Blue Puttee Drive. We were more than happy with the building process from start to finish.  We found Harvey Hann to be a hands-on builder, always available on site and always willing to answer any questions we had along the way.  Our allowances were ample and permitted us to select top of the line finishes and stay close to the allowance allotment.

All the Hann Construction employees were professional, co-operative and willing to make suggestions to us along the way, as well as accommodate us in making some small changes during the construction.
